Just got HD580!
Just got my HD580! How much breakin time is required with these? Even right out of the box it blows off HD280 big time. Cables look pretty cheap and low quality though...might need to upgrade heh.- FutureAudio

M-audio firewire audiophile ( External box ) Another positive point for 1212m is you can easily enjoy to it @ low volume too....not as easy with M-audio. But M-audio puts you into theatre....is there any way I can make 1212m not so tiny sounding compared to m-audio or is this the nature of...- FutureAudio

A short 1212m review. :D
I just got my 1212m like a few days ago and had audiophile firewire since a long time...upon hooking it up to my mid-fi ( supposedly hifi ) system including nice tower speakers, an amplifier and preamp. I noticed that 1212m does sound having more fidelity and more neutral ( maybe?) but...- FutureAudio

Best headphone without disturbing others?
LOL I know. I really wanted to go senn route though. AKG definately looks nice but cant find a place nearby to test it. Also, 280 pro goes all the way to 8hz ( by specs) ...should be able to hit atleast 16hz in real world. -3db .. wish it was really as good as specs. Any other choices guys?- FutureAudio
