How does the UE4 differ from the UERM in terms of sound?

Considering getting one of the two. I've heard that the UERM is the CIEM equivalent of the ER4S but I've also heard that the UE4 gets very close. What are the differences between the two?

Reshelling my UM Mage. Worth spending $400 to upgrade to 6 drivers?

Righty. Reshelling at UM costs $250. Is it worth spending another $150 to upgrade it to a 6 driver set? Also, any idea whether UM would be willing to take my UM + $400 to give me a higher tier IEM?

How much difference is there between the Rooth LS4 and the UM Mage in terms of sound? Is the Rooth worth getting it I have the Mage?

Selling my Heir Audio IEMs and have been offered the LS4 as a trade option. I already have the UM Mage and am not sure how much different the LS4 is. Is there any major difference between the two? Is it worth getting the Rooth?

My Heir Audio 5.0 sounds less clear compared to my IE80s. What can I get that is clearer and more neutral?

Had my IE80s for a while. Love the sound. Got myself the HA 5.0s from a fellow head-fier. Received them 5 days ago and immediately didn't like the fact that they are muddier than my IE80s. They sound almost identical except that the IE80s have a much clearer sound in terms of how much the bass...

Have IE80s and want something neutral now. Where do I look? Heir Audio 4.Ai? Westone 4R?

Just started getting into classical and want something that doesn't contaminate the music with its own stuff like additional bass or something. What I want is flatness. Where do I go? Westone 4R and the Heir Audio 4.Ai have my interest. What else do I look at? Budget is around $400.

For someone wanting to get to the audiophile status, what should be my next set of IEMs?

Initially I used to use the generic earbuds that one would get from the old iPods and such.   Then I moved up to some white $20 Sony in-ear 'phones.   That was a few years ago.   Six months ago I took the jump and dished out $50 for the Brainwavz R1 and it was something that I won't ever...

Upgrading from my R1s. Which would be the best pick?

I'm currently using the Brainwavz R1 which I've had for a few months now. They're a good pair no doubt but after all this time, the cable has weakened at the adapter and the music cuts out from time to time.   Along with this, the R1 sound a bit veiled.   Are there recommended earphones for...
