I'm currently using the Brainwavz R1 which I've had for a few months now. They're a good pair no doubt but after all this time, the cable has weakened at the adapter and the music cuts out from time to time.

Along with this, the R1 sound a bit veiled.

Are there recommended earphones for a price tag of ~$50 that meet my needs?

These are all under or around the $50 mark on Amazon at the time of posting.

I will need any recommendations to be postable to Australia (that's where I am).

Which of these is the best for my needs? Are there any other I should have a look at?
