i am using what seems to be a pretty common setup for portable listening: iPod, Ety 4P's and a super-mini amp. My iPod is "old" version with inline remote. Can anyone suggest a way to best control all the cables to minimize all the extra length when using the remote and an amp? thanks.

i just got my SuperMini. First i must say that i'm moving pretty fast in this field, and in the last 2 months have bought (in order): iPod, Ety 4P's, and now super-mini. just when i thought it couldn't get any better: this tiny amp is absolutely amazing...right out of the box (bag)...

if using an iPod as my only source, is there any need to have a volume control on the amp itself? at the margin, doesn't a volume control introduce noise into the signal path? and the iPod doesn't have line out, so I will be using its volume control anyhow.
