How would you rate the Emotiva 5S vs the A5+ and LSR305s?

Everytime I boot up my PC my e10 has static that requires a replug to fix.  Most of the time the replug doesn't even fix the static.  The static eventually goes away after 5-10 minutes.  Anyone know why?

Anyone?   I've been reading up and many people recommend an amp with the 900's.  I just don't know if the e10 will be enough for the Pro 900 or if I will have to get a separate amp with the e10.   Please any help will be appreciated, I'm about to buy the 900's.

how long would you approximate a second gen d3 from cowon to come out? might head to the j3 though because I might get an iPhone soon... I also heard the sound quality from the d3 is better than the j3 along with more bass? is this true?
