at hisound.co.uk they have the ba100 in black going for 25GBP (60% off) but the white ones are still 60 pounds. doesn't seem like a mistake as it has a code in the basket. definitely worth jumping on to try out Balance Armature tech on the cheap. It says the price is 60 until you go to checkout...

Another, less sure fire way, of know if you have a legit pair is the chocolate smell...as odd as it sounds, the real pairs have a strong chocolate like smell when opening them, and the fakes do not.

Be careful when shopping for these on ebay etc. There are sellers who have them for crazy prices like 5 pounds. Despite a low price, there are a lot of fakes of he piston 2. there is a great video on youtube on how to check if you got real or fake one here  ...

For anyone look as a reference, the crash retails at 250 pounds. they arent great, but not bad for around 50 at all

As an owner of both, I can say that they both have basically the same "quantity" but the quality of the wooduo is better. Ive said this before, but i think hisound got the pricing wrong with the wooduo. With better packaging they could have charged double what they go for and no one would look...

Got mine today too, mine seem fine,  came in 2 envelopes so packing wasnt the greatest, but they are definitely new and seem to work perfectly.Yours probably got a bit beat up in transit. This seller on ebay is selling hisoundaudio wooduo2 for 40 pounds and also has them down as best offer, so maybe selling them for even less. They ship from Newcastle apparently so should be quick delivery for anyone in the EU, he also had the studio 3 up but it look to have been taken down now...

The guy at hisoundUK tells me that there was a pre release version that was sent to all the sellers for feedback. turned out it was rubbish so they redid them and asked for the bad version back. i suppose not everyone did that and just sold them on anyway. my bet is thats what you got
