Cheers, I'll suss it out. I'm assuming the stock cables on both m9 and the z1r are pretty much the same? Correct me if I'm wrong, because it seems like both of them are silver plated ofc.- shftommy

I do agree with that, this stock cable does feel quite a lot more comfortable than other stock cables. Im quite happy with the sound on the stocks already, just wanting to find out how far the m9 can go.- shftommy

thanks for your reply. but headphone amp is not really a big consideration, i just need a good quality converting unit. By the way, is the Fostex Hp-A3 any good ? coz its usb powered, and the price is pretty good too.- shftommy
