Have you looked at the posts on Norne Audio, I had a very nice cable made by Trevor back when it was Norse Audio that included a locking banana to XLR adapter.  I have yet to use it though, due to being fairly satisfied with my Burson Soloist Headphone amp.  Only occasionally do I wish for more...

Just got my latest order from Music Direct.com spinning the following CDs for the next little while.    

Wondering if anybody has tried the following amp for driving the HE-6's?  I really love their 20 year warranty and supporting local manufacturer isn't a bad thing either.  It's 60 Watts per channel with fully separated power supplies etc so I don't need to bridge the speaker taps with a resistor...
