Agreed. If the company who built whatever product you bought needs some other company's product to fix it, you probably shouldn't buy their products. Who spends thousands(and thousands) on equipment that's faulty? It's so insane to me. As an aside, my super fast internet comment was sarcasm.

Yeah, everything is else is completely fine. And I'll try that, thanks. Though I don't think it's codecs. When I watch YouTube, it starts out fine, then goes crazy and after about 10 seconds, it goes back to being fine.
