You first have to hire a design team, pay fabricators, manufacturers, manage logistics, build a custom OS from scratch/ a custom Android distro... yeah, your'e not going to make a profit out of this.

Here are scans of a MX 4 & GS III comparison in the local tech magazine, e-zone. Magazine is in cantonese so I'm just going to put this out there: the Meizu wipes the floor in the Audio department. Reviewer found the GS III to be very lacking compared to the MX 4. Not to mention that both...
