I made this from am AKG Q-701 cable that had some shorts in it in another part of the cable. RSA Mustang is tied down to Fiio E10 via bicycle tube cut crosswise. Somehow, I don't think the bicycle tube tie-down and AKG cable are the bottlenecks in the system, and the $ I saved can go to buying...

I saw alot of leg lock possibilities in that video, JadeEast. I bet Capoeira to learning about leg-locks might be a natural transition. 

There might be alot more martial artists on Head-Fi than I thought. I wonder if there is any way to combine the two hobbies--music and martial arts. Hmmm. Maybe by a very broad definition, martial arts is a kind of music. I believe that there are ancient ideas of what music is that would place...

A used original Earmax could work. Mine is dead quiet, and it has enough gain for me at least. It was voice for HD600 or 580s I believe. It has a nice warm/tubey sound yet still pretty detailed. It also has a nice small form factor which could be good for a desktop setup. 

AKGs are great looking cans in general. I especially like the K240. It is one of the sexiest cans IMHO. K601s are awesome looking too. And I really like the K702 black and white scheme.

I prefer the ARTS aspect too, Ultrazino. When I roll with people in jiu-jitsu, I am usually more interested in trying new moves or creating something than tapping the other person out. 

Sprouting is very easy. You should give it a try. You can buy the seeds at a health food store. 

So far it seems that the official martial art of Head-Fi might be Aikido.
