My ru7 is not turning on. I've tried it with mac mini, iphone and android phone but no luck. I've also tried 3 different cables. Is there a way to reset it or is it dead?

I’ve set it to low gain. It was better than high gain but still there was noise.

I’ve just tried both ibasso 240 and shanling m8. I can confirm there is background noise on ibasso with solaris. I didn’t notice same on shanling. I’ve grabbed the shanling.
