on the issue of getting album art to display, try the music brainz picard tagger, i used this over the weekend to fix what itunes screwed up in managing my music. It takes a finger print of each file and and gives you the full and correct tag info with album covers for most. I have over 15000...

I'm using them with an ibasso p2 with great success, and this is without a high quality lod (alo bling bling on the way, currently using an ebay special from hong kong) Very sturdy combo!
