Nabbed one off eBay, but my god it seems complex for me, and searched around not just on these forums already! Anyway, my problem is that the only audio output I can get going, is via Foobar kernel streaming. Both DS and WASAPI come up with errors, whilst any other audio, from youtube, movies...

Only listen to electronic as an offhand genre, not sure how this slides by you devotees...  

Not 15, 17, the cost does seem and indeed is excessive but I have part-time work, which partly funds it, and I don't spend much on clothes or games. I've also had two breakages, like the others above me, I'd say the warranty service is great, but personally I'd return them and give HJE-900's a try if you can, think I even saw them on B&H for $77.95 only about a week ago.

Cancelled a few days back aswell, but since I'm in UK, I had to recieve a USD paypal balance for my refund, or face wasting £35 from a shift in conversion rates. It's pretty much obligating me to buy the HF-2 again anyways, but I'm still happier that my money isn't being held pointlessly.
