    Thanks for replying :) Does this apply to 'old' new tubes? These were supposedly made in the 60's. Also do I need to have music playing through them or is just having them switched on enough when burning in? Sorry for the stupid questions.

    I upgraded from some SR60i's to my 325e's over Christmas and I'm loving every minute of them. I have changed the pads to my trusty TTVJ flats though, as I find they bring out more of the bass and I prefer them for comfort.
