I'v heard the HE-6 out of  WA5 Maxed several times and was not that impressed. I think the properly amped HE-6 could be ranked a bit higher. D:

Thanks for the useful infomation. But what I want to know is if I can connect the bare wires of the hp1 directly to the speaker out of the integrated amp(40wpc, tube).   Quote:

Left side is so tight at the adjusted position, but right side slides down regardless of wearing them or not.

Mine has the same problem in the right side.

I received HE-6 yesterday and heard for about 2 hours using the recabled cable for my HE-5. (There's something wrong with the stock cable or I may have made some mistakes in connection. I'll try again with the stock cable later). It's so great for now and I expect some burn-in will make it...
