Would u need an amp to run these headphones?

hey guys im looking for basshead headphones. I have got my eyes on the v-moda crossfades or the audio-technica ath pro700mk2. Which one would be best. or and other headphones out there

Hey guys, im just looking for your guys(and gals) opinion on the v-moda crossfade lp's. I would like to know the pros and cons and how they perform with just an iPod touch with Apple lossless sound. Thanks

Do v moda crossfade lp need to have amp to obtain their max performace? Or can an iPod just do the thing.

Alright i have two choices. The v moda crossfade lp or the audio technica ath m50s. Anysugjestions?

I was taking a look at the ath m50 and everybodies review was they are really good. So those may be an option. And no to the beats. I dont wanna pay100 bucks more for a b on my headphones. And to the sony xb series i heard they have great bass but. I dont like the looks at all.

Thanks but could it be under the 200 dollar mark. Not looking to spend a lot. But are sennheisers good in bass quality?

Hey guys im new to this forum and was looking for new over the ear headphones. I listen to mostly rap and hip hop and sometimes some metal. So im looking for mostly headphones with good bass. Could any of you help me with my desicion?  Thanks
