So, these are interesting... Got #18. I have to say I expected these to be bass cannons on first listen and with the "Taction Technology" turned off. You know, usual, cheaper closed-backs are usually a bit warm with sucky bass. Turns out, they are PRETTY TAME! Haven't run specific test/bass...

Don't think they have yet... but we've persisted so far! Lol. It definitely looks like a quality product. Hopefully sound willk be good and the extra ooommphh will be useful in games and/or movies.

One of my favorites coming from a micro, was the Model A from Seals: https://seals-watches.com/ Give them a ring/message to see if they still have some left. Not as detailed or as well engineered as the AP of course (duh!?) but it has that Genta style that you might appreciate and it wears well...

  Same thing with ZMF Cowhide's... better comfort, but not a sound upgrade. There are more pads that I haven't tried but I actually like the Cowhide's comfort (plus I have other good sounding closed-backs, so the Sig DJs can suffer a bit in the sound department, they are still great to my ears.)
