And the E10 for $53.19 after coupon. Is the E10 a decent budget DAC? I was thinking of getting the Audioengine D1 when I have the money, but I could get the E10 now. I'm not sure if I should just get the E10 or keep saving for the D1.

The E-10 is a pretty good little DAC/Amp - I'm using it in my office setup and think it's perfect for what I want and for the price is a great value.  $50 and you could resell it later on.

Amazon.ca also has the uptowns for $75
(amazon canada usually has prices triple what you'd see on amazon.com)
I'm very close to ordering my gf a pair

I picked my pair up a week ago from a TJ Maxx.  Not sure if you have those near you but they had uptown and downtowns in stock.  The uptowns were 50 usd and the downtowns were 30 usd.
They're good headphones for the price and feel sturdy and comfy.  I think they're all part of the Marshalls and Ross group of stores so they may have them as well, but I haven't seen them there.

E10 is a very decent dac amp for the price. Wolfson dac and surprisingly had the juice to push my 600ohm Beyers with no problem. Just make sure that it's the new Olympus e10s, the older generations had problems with mute delay and loose jacks. Some people will bash the E10 for being too warm and not detailed enough, but I think that it's very good for 50-60 bucks and will hold you over until you're ready to invest in a 200 dollar or more dac amp

For Canadians, Headamp Pico slim for $199
http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/details/649065276-half_price_on_headamp_audio_pico_slim_portable_headphone_amp/
Would have snatched this up instantly if I didn't already have a portable amp.

There's also Headamp's Pico portable DAC/Amp for $250 (half off) and Etymotic's HF5 for $75 before shippings and taxes. Great deals for Canadians

Thanks for the tip.  Found a pair of Uptowns at my local TJ for $50.  Only had (1) and no Downtowns.
