Not well. The M80 is a better can in every respect.

I only heard the M-80 in the store, and liked everything about them except for the pads-- compressed way too much for me and became uncomfortable quickly.  Grabbed the SL150 on the cheap-- comfort is better, build quality probably not as good, but they fold up small and come with a nice case.   

I had originally snagged the AKG K167 for on the go, and they sound fantastic, but that coiled cable makes them terrible to walk around with.  Fold up nicely, but no case makes me suspicious they'll hold up to the rigors of travel.
 
DT 990 32 ohm for $119 used in good condition.
