They sent me a survey about the RMA experience I had with the LCD-2's back when I had them.

Audeze sent me a survey (I don't know how widespread it was) about what I liked/didn't like about their phones or phones in general.
Questions were about things like the shape of the pads, how important strong bass was, whether use from a portable source was important, etc.
Did anyone get this? Thanks.

Yeah, I got that as well. A little while back, 2 months maybe.

One of what?  A discount card on your next purchase or something?

I meant a survey asking me to comment about the RMA process when I got my wood cup rings fixed.

How long to fix your LCD-2's? I'm shipping my LCD-3's to Audeze tomorrow. Dead left channel.

I shipped from Toronto, Canada. Took the package about 5 days to get to Audeze in California. Then they took I think 2 days to ship it back. The shipping process back to me also took about 5 days. For Americans this should be much easier. The stop at customs is annoying as hell. Also, I suggest dropping them an email after sending it to them. Communicate with them so they know that you care and not let them forget about it. Turnaround time is pretty decent in my opinion.

¿How does the GSX-mkii and Master 8  compare while using the Audeze LCD-3?

A certain someone who designed the modules used in the GS-X mk2 is really high on the Master 8 design.  Let's just say if it was USA built with a prettier case it would cost a lot more than the GS-X mk2.

Which do you prefer LCD-3 or TH-900. The $500 price is making them really attractive especially the wood cups (Best looking closed headphone IMO.
