yes I did!

They said they are in "process" because it came from Singapore - can you believe that?? And when I saked them how much more time would it take, they said they couldnt know for sure!

Just hate my country's customs!!

BTH, i'll have to pay about 30% more (but I was already waiting to hear from that)

If they dont arrive by thursday, i'll call them again! that's for sure!!

well, not for sure!

We have to pay:

- 21% more for VAT (ridiculous... ...)
- 2,5% more for "headphone" specific tax duties
- ~5% to any other "customs internal costs"

I just bought a camera and had the same issue. Customs held on to it for a month before sending me a letter stating that they would charge me for the time it took me to claim it!!!! They also assured me that IF I got the paperwork correct (which is really very subjective - I got several different opinions on what was "correct") then it would take at least another two weeks for them to release the camera. Since I was going on holiday a week from then and I wanted my stuff, I called a customs broker. Long story short the camera arrived two business days later, and the difference in cost was about $10.

If you do engage a customs broker, make sure you check, because some of them might rip you off. If you find a good one though, they save a heck of a lot of time and hassle for that extra ~$10.

Good luck and I hope the cans really blow you away. I'm sure you now have raised expectations after all this waiting!

And here I was thinking the customs from my country(Malaysia) was bad/corrupt... It seems that it happens all over the world then.

That's the reason I paid someone to go across to Singapore and get my ES7 for me. He just went over, bought it and came back across to Malaysia. No customs crap. Lucky me.

oh yes, I think it's the same crap everywhere. Customs, bah!!!

I bought mine from Apple store even though the price was way too high. But I got away from the hassle with customs ....
