Thanks for the personal reply, Minhwa.

The Kenwood portables HD10GB7 (10 gig model) and HD30GB9 (30 gigs) are reviewed to be one of the leading sounding unamped portables available in the market today. If not for online vendors, these are only available in Japan. That's also one reason why the price is not as affordable compared to better circulated portables. It would be helpful if more online vendors would carry them for better circulation and pricing competition. Anyway, sorry for sidetracking this nice thread. You've got PM.

I made a couple of group buys for the german Hifi-forum before I started working for bluetin. The fact that it were more than one should say enough.

BTW: I wonder: why don't we have an official thread in the feedbak section? Would any of you guys be so kind to create one or could a moderator move this thread (plus cleaning)?

Would be great I think. Thanks.

I've never purchased anything from them, but have been in contact with their customer services on numerous occasions. They are incredibly friendly and actually sound like they care.

my sorry story:
1 Ordered amp.
2 Sent prompt paypal payment
3.Listened to delay excuses, accepted same
4.On SUPPOSED day of shipping - phoned for tracking #
_PHONE DISCONNECTED!
5.Sensing scam - notified PayPal
6.Seller raised action to dispute [ I paid, no product]
7. Paypal decided case in my favour, seller refunded
172.61, not the original 1,254.17.
8.Paypal: "If the seller doesn't have sufficient funds to cover
the complete refund be assured that we will take appropriate action
against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges"
Be wary of this dealer!!

So far you're the only one to complain. Are we talking about the same dealer?

in my own experience, bluetin singapore sold me ATH-A1000 pads just fine.

What do you mean by 'phone disconnected'? Did they hang up on you?

The right way to do this is: Ask for a refund, if they refused than notified PayPal. Instead, you 'Sensing scam' than 'notified Paypal', than expect your money to be return in an instant. Sure, it is your money, but consider sometime a big seller (such as bluein) is doing business all over the world and money in their account could change hand really fast, it is not unexpected they can't give you all your money in a flash.

I have no dealing with Bluein, and I can understand you don't want to risk your money. Of course, if they did hung up on you, I guess no one can blame you for what you have done. However, if they didn't, what you did might damage the good reputation a company has fought hard to keep just for some simple misunderstanding / miscommunication.
