Good to know everything went at least as good as it could get at this point. It would have been better if you hadn't been scammed to begin with, but it could have been much worse.
I'm wondering what will happen when/if everyone gets their stuff back. Can he be a member of Head-Fi? Even if most people agreed, which I doubt, he wouldn't be able to do any kind of trade of sale for a long time. Anyway this doesn't matter right now, good luck for those of you still waiting to get your stuff.

I think Louis8ball was the one who received the Sunrise Xcape, and ProjectDenz wasn't scammed.

Hi Guys,


I come to you with some good and bad news,first up th good news I have my bowers & wilkins P5s back unharmed they sound ok box is bit batterd because he just sent Them in a jiffy bag there was a reason I put them in a box:mad:.

Now for the bad news the scum bag decided to keep my miles Davis tributes.


A least I got something ,Im still going to try to get them back perhaps the chap who's going to Latvia on holiday can get them.


Dont give up hope just yet guys.

Well great news guys...my Walkman has returned and its working!

It came through about an hour ago, so the package took 8-9 business days to get here (if anyone in UK is wondering) 

I really do hope everyone else manages to get their stuff back, I will continue to keep an eye out on the thread!

Yes, looks like you hit the nail squarely on the head with your assessment of the situation (thus far). I did get the Xcape IEs, and they work just fine. But evidently he (whatcar1990) has yet to receive the RE0s I sent him. And the US Postal Service takes absolutely no responsibility on International shipments once they leave the United States. So tracking information becomes completely useless.

Our tax money, hard at work.
