Crazy like a fox!!! Too bad that OnePlus seems like some overhyped phone with some not so inspired design. Was hoping for a game changer but meh at this point, 2 mo' days till release though with "invite" only purchase option. SMH while LMAO

 
And what in the hell is up with the hype with Blox earbuds??? I can't wear earbuds for the lyfe of me, so are they REALLY as amazing as others make them out to be or is it great compared to other "earbuds" which sadly there isn't much competition. LoL

Miserable cabling (although nowhere near the uselessness of the mh1, more just cheap instead) Cheap generic housings. Look like something you'd buy in kmart. And sound excellent. There are times when my ears are sore from IEM wearing and these take up the slack. I have never heard an earbud as good and I've gone through em all. As for overall sound when I switch from IEM mode, The Beemer C5's the ER4S, HF5, I lose the isolation with the bud (of course) but the SQ is not offensively worse. Pressed to the wall I'd put em on equal footing although with a different sig with the HF5's. Simply put, for those who need relief from IEMs and don't want to go on or over ear with a headband, there really is no other choice.
Someday I will go about seeing if I can seal them a little better and find out what they are really capable of.
Caveat here is I have one of the first iterations of the Blox so things may have changed with the newer models.
 
I got tired of the phone of the day craze in the 90's. Thesedays I just find em while I'm out riding or walking. The droids I use as tablets and music players. My actual phone is dumb as can be and for good reason.

My gawd everyone single corp is milking this audio hobby like there is no tomorrow it seems with their "flagship" $1K and up stuff nowadayz. Even Philips which seems A LOT more reasonable with their past offerings is now going full retard on us now??? They better bring it ON if they want that price tag and not do a Oppo on us.... 
 
Thank god FiiO is still keepin' it realz with their offerings though....
... it turned out better than expected design/looks wise so might cop one of these esp. for $100 with an all metal body construction. Hope they sound better than the X3. haha One can dream can't he, fingers crossed that FiiO not only upped their design game but also upped their sound game as well, and as they claimed that the newest will ALWAYS be better. :  )
 
Cuz the FiiO X3 seems like a beta DAP that they should have never released in the 1st place. LoL

I already have my vsd3s and only have 4hrs on it....but I don't have the kc06 only tenore to compare ,my tenore is v-shaped compared to the vsd3s which is perfectly balanced and natural and resolving.. To me they are the best value in the budget realm with detachable cables and awesome sound which will get much better after 300hrs just like how the gr07's did

That is one of the greatest posts ever, i commended him in the thread for doing such noble work lol. I got in on one of the early pre orders of the vs3s...for 36.80 it seems worth it. If they ever get here.

LMUE ought to send mochill and Peter123 some commissioning money.  BTW, I fell prey to the VSD3S train.  My order has been delayed a week though because it was in the queue when they ran out of stock.  I'm thinking that it will be well worth $46 in spite of the hype.  Time will tell...

I think for that price they will still be worth it, you likely wouldn't have trouble re selling if you changed your mind. There are still people that would prefer not to buy from overseas. Assuming you aren't from overseas, that is.

I don't doubt those VSD3/S sound good, but i am waiting for the VSD5 since i have always wanted to hear how a Sony EX1000s sounds like as those VSD5 are supposedly tuned to be at that level with a similar sound/ presentation.
 
I probably won't dig the house sound of Shure/ Westones as much cuz of the mid-centric sound and rolled off treble which the VSD3/S are trying to imitate.

I'm honestly just tired of the gr07 fit in my right ear. I'm hoping the vsd3s fit well, as every other headphone ive used have. No rotating stupid nozzle so im hopeful.

I've talked about it in the gr07 BE thread, the right ear just doesn't fit right. I don't know if its smaller or larger than my left ear, sometimes smaller tips work, sometimes larger ones work. I really can't explain it. It doesn't seal as well and is just a worse fit. I need like a medium.5 haha
