Any suggestions on a good complementary pair of headphones for the X3?  I'm currently using a pair of Westone 1's which certainly work well but I can't help but feel I'm not getting the full experience with them. My music tastes is varied with a trend towards electronica/house music.

why don't u get westone 3??
currently going for only 150$ at amazon,,,,i think thats the best deal right now

Get the FXZ200, its a very unique triple dynamic driver incorporating a Kelton subwoofer unlike triple BA,s,

Solid bass while retaining a nice balance between the rest of the spectrum.

Klipsch Custom 3 seems to be a good match too.

Cable for the Custom 3 is alright, its a synthetic non tangle and my pair is 3 years old without any issues so maybe they need a bit of care.

FXZ200 with the X3 is my favourite pairing, 1:30 am here I'm listening to it right now

Great soundstage, lively bass but needs burn in for a few hours before they really start hitting their stride and open up the midrange and the treble.

For $110 the Denon is a great deal for the price but I,ve never heard them before.

How long should I expect the manual update to take on a 64gb with lots of files?  I have slightly over 9000 (haw haw haw) music files on mine and it's been "updating file" for quite a while... I did update the firmware already.

I've had scans take upwards of an hour, it can take awhile but its worth the wait.
