FitEar MH3610QW Studio Reference - Dual Titanium Tube

Guys.... Where can I find Money Tree?

This looks so good, but I don't think everyone can have these. My 335s only have a single bore ruling out the SR upgrade. I imagine people like me are gonna have even more issues with the dual titanium tubes.

a small part of my 435 shell chipped while I was cleaning it with a tissue. Its the part between the bore.

Went down to jaben and the Reply I get its wear and tear Thus will be charged for reshell/repair but its still under warranty. kinda ridiculous.

Anyone has similar experience?

435 is a gem..well, the way jaben does things... no choice but to pay to repair it. Other than that, if the damage is negligible and doesn't really affect the sound quality, just continue using it.

so what you meant was, its okay to tell customers that your item is still under warranty but you have to pay to get it fixed?

then whats of the point of warranty?

People should really stop pandering to Jaben.
Making lame excuses for their terrible high-handedness in the way they do business is fanboyism to the extreme.

They WERE good many years back.
Can't say the same now.

Bro, alert Suyama San to this matter. Wear and tear should not account to chipping of shell.
As your unit is still under warranty, it is ridiculous for Jaben to charge you reshell or repair.

Please keep us updated here. All the best to you.

No choice? I hope the same thing do not happen to your incoming 435. If the same thing happens, I hope you can also say NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY TO REPAIR OR IF NEGLIGIBLE, JUST CONTINUE USING.

You are downright irresponsible for this post.

Seems to be the jaben way of doing things... u must be firm and argue that it is a manufacturing defect. May I know which jaben?

jaben sg. I told them that and I even ask to speak to uncle Wilson. but the staff told me uncle Wilson will also say the same and he cant be bothered about "shop front" stuff.

try to think how you will feel if you were in my shoes.

I feel calling him "downright irresponsible" is not right either.
I don't believe that was his intention.

More that as Jaben is the sole distributor for Fitear where he is, they enjoy distinct privileges that are also making them extremely notorious in the shameful way things are being managed.

Jaben has too much power over consumers here in Jaben SG. I placed my order for 435 on 5 Nov 2014. A batch came few days ago, 1 of them ordered on 11 Nov 2014 and received his fitear CIEM earlier than me. I suspect that Jaben holds our impressions together and sends them together to fitear at one shot, and waits for fitear to manufacture the batch before sending it back to sg. I haven't received my 435 till date.

When I asked Suyama on FB, his reply was: please ask Jaben SG. Seems like they both are pushing the responsibility to one another. Fitear can judge whether it's a manufacturing defect or a wear a tear issue before getting back to the customer via jaben. Who is Jaben to judge a wear a tear issue.
