Meh, I want to lean to play the bass guitar, or drums, but I don't have the time, nor money, nor space to do so. >.<
I've always like the bass guitar and I've, for some strange reason, always wanted to play left-handed.

Think different.

Is it just me or are there a lot of Macs in that pic?

Bass guitar...wants to play left handed...are you sure you aren't Mio?

Yeah they're all Macs except for the one Toshiba guy. So much for Apple's "Think Different" campaign.

And yeah I'm sure I'm not Mio-chan. I wanted to play left-handed bass back in high school when I occasionally played Rockband.

Just sent all my Fin Aid stuff into Vtech :)

@Borisu
China, City University of Hong Kong
 China, University of Hong Kong

Did you apply to any of these?

Yep, your second and third choice. Ok thanks

We have the option of a study abroad at these schools.

It's unfair but the American college experience has many pro's. And that is.....you basically go where the hell you want.

Oh those HK'ers spent weeks prepping just to get into that amazing college and are at the top of their level? Let's easilly send our dumb arsed American there with no problem and just let them transfer in.

It may be a bit infuriating..but..its the world man

Why do you want to play it left handed if you're right handed? I've never gotten the urge to switch hands while playing the guitar...

The most reshared photo ever.

Just saying.

College requirements differ. Vtech's computer requirement is the dumbest thing in the world. And even their students acknowledge the fact that it is bat schiit insane for it.

Yay, poor college students with $1500+ laptops! -_-
I don't believe UW even has a requirement for computers. I'm probably going to just end up using evernote on my iPad and a bluetooth keyboard to take notes in class, since I decided to blow all my "college computer" money on upgrades for my desky..

I dunno, just to be different maybe. Hence why I brought up "Think Different". XD
I've always wanted to write left-handed too.

Vtech's Engineering requirement is stupid and i've talked to their studewnts. They don't use it

Basically what is recommended is a $2,500 Tablet/Ultrabook as some engineering assignements require 'touch' or written input. They scare you into buying them by saying that if you dont' have one, you could fail the course for not completing hw. But its bull. No teacher there has ever enforced it,and you BARELY use its feature.

So what am I gonna do?

Buy a $50 Wacom USB Tablet like most do and use that in conjunction with my MBP. I have it bootcamped

There is no program they will be using while on the go in classes that require more than Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz and 4GB RAM.

And another scare tactic is that if your computer breaks if you don't get their campus recommended $2,500 computer you won't be able to finish hw if it does break.

dude, I am in ECE. I can fix my computer. plus, i have a desktop

Get the Wacom. It's really useful for a big deskspace.:3

Otherwise, an iPad or similar, or even the Livescribe pens might be more worth the investment if you plan to take electronic hand-written notes.
