It was just an educated mindset guess on my part. What I described in terms of a mangaka launching MANY projects is well known of. And it's pretty much well known how often they start screwing stuff up as they didn't realize it was supposed or did get popular. 
 
The ending style of Future Diary and the middle parts pretty much just screamed it to me.

Culture.
 
China is a relatively homogenous culture that hasn't had nearly as much cultural westernization as Japan and Korea have had (as in massive amounts). 
 
It's annoying to Western minded people, but pretty much a global societal thing throughout most of the Eastern homogenous countries that haven't undergone such Western mindset dominance. Pakistan, most of the middle East, some parts of S.E.A have cultures similar to Chinese in terms of public actions.

I said abut BA drivers because it really amazes me and i want to experience it, but dynamic are good too, so any kind of driver would me me satisfied...
