Should be fine I guess, if your load isn't very heavy (think IEMs and more sensitive, low impedance headphone)

Its 12.57am so time for another cosplay of the day

Really good cosplayer IMO

Nice cosplay, and the e10k should power fine even some 250ohms beyerdynamic, right?

Yeah, it should. I think it won't provide enough power to fully open up the sound but it should give you comfortable volume levels and a decent experience. And in the $75 range that's really all you can ask for.

I don't plan to get crazy impedance headphone, maximum 100 or 80, so it should open to sound just fine, i'm planning to stop on AKG K702 or some other headphone on the same level.

Who doesn't like Leafa? she's awesome!

*cough*

Who needs a phono amp? i use the analog output of phono and use the amp of my bookshelf soakers xD

Everyone keeps telling me that the built-in amp sounds like poop and that I should get a cheap ($50) external one.
Good thing I have active speakers and can just plug the speakers into the amp without a receiver in between.

Metallica will play a closing concert on Blizzcon. Interesting.

Changing their focus group slightly? :p

Active speakers are the best budget options if you ask me.

And yes, Metallica is changing to focus group to wherever the money is :p

Not if you buy a pair for almost $700

Targeting a younger audience that is most likely not familiar with their old albums is a pretty smart idea.

Damn that cosplayer is really starting to change my opinion on cosplay...
