Should be hearing from Audez'e right about now.. Put myself on the list on 24th, which is +/-1 day from when dBel announced the end for the contribution for Smeggy's pair. I assume he was put on the list after the funds had been gathered.

Waaaaaaaaiting patiently. :)

Received mines yesterday. Very nice packaging, although there was am etch about 1 1/2" on top of the wooden case it came with, but it's no biggie. Headphones are really nice and feels quality made. The clamp is a little tight, but ain't so bad. The only thing, as mentioned, are the xlr pins keep hitting my collar bone and doesn't allow me to move freely.Gave it a brief listen last night. So far, they kind of remind me of HD650's with a deeper bass. Was listening to Eric Clapton Unplugged and the recording sounded fantastic. Will post more impressions later..

Like oqvist said, don't count on it.  Smeggy was bumped to the front of the line.

I put myself on the list on the 18th and have still yet to hear anything.

Hey, SemiAudiophile, when did you posted the order? Need to calculate the average time of delivery.

Ooh, the skeptic took the plunge

But no, I'm in no hurry and they indeed replied with at least a month for the wait. Was only wishful thinking. Summer ain't so bad for waiting either..

Received mine yesterday. Have been waiting since 10.8.2009.  Engaging headphones, sounds more like high end speakers compare to T1, HD800. Not as much resolution but more relaxing after workday, makes me wanna slack and listen for hours. True piece of art, reminds me of Stradivarius violins.   Have to edit. After longer listening the resolution is as high as T1.

I pre-orded the day they were available, May 10th early morning.

Tried on all 3 amps I have available: D10, MAD Ear+ HD, and Grace m902.

It actually sounds pretty good straight from macbook pro->D10->LCD2.

edit: i meant that the bass goes deeper than hd650 not that there is more quantity, bass quality is much better. the characteristics are similar yes. they are much faster though, amazing transient response.
