Which comply foams will provide the best isolation? Cannot seem to get a good isolation with the spinfits and the 3 sets of tips provided.

Just updated to firmware 2.3 and all my music files disappeared. Rescaned the library and everything is still gone.:( Is there a solution for this?

The 627 is great, had it for months , no hissing with ciem/iem or whatsoever. Would love to try the micro with muse01 one day, Im sure it will fantastic. To add on, Cesar's customer service is awesome.

Wow, look almost same as mine except that mine have a glow line. Still I liked the effect in the shells the most. :D

Personally having owned a glow in the dark Ciem from Wizard. The environment must be very dark for it to glow and the glow isn't so bright to the extend that u cant place it near ur eyes.

Received my k10(first ciem) but i am unsure whether the fit is right. I felt no discomfort when it is inside my ears but i can still hear the sound the bus engine when i did not on any volume. So it is normal or is the fit wrong?
