So, I have a zune, right. i have used one a few years back, really nothing to it, its much like the ipod lod but for zune, i loved  my zune but wasnt happy with the internal components, so this allowed the bypassing of the internal amp and allowed you to use you own amp...so you will use you own amp and the internal zune dac.

yeah, its a good deal for the zune, the zune is really limited when it comes to the LOD unlike the ipod. but i personally liked the zune more than the ipod as far as daps are concerned.

The ebay posting states that this is for 8g or 30g zune.
Anyone know if it is compatible with 80g zune?

I would contact the buyer they probably know. There is probably little knowledge of these lods on here since zone isn't that big not like iriver fiio Ak and apple

Ok, so one last thing. Did you notice any differences with the volume/ audio quality?

Well with a lod you are bypassing the internal amp of the zune. So your volume isn't going to come from the zune but come from the amplifier you pair the zune with.

Yes you will see audio quality improve but it really depends on what amplifier you use as to how much audio quality you see.

When you use a lod and a amp the zune more or less just becomes a media carrying device. However you will be using the internal digital to audio controller.

Other than that your amp is going to be what makes the quality better.

I was thinking about the Cmoybb, I kinda want to keep my budget low, either this or the e11. I'm leaning more towards the Cmoybb because it's a conversation piece. What is your thought?

The E11 is good they are both good its really up to you. Like I said though the sound quality is going to be amp dependant so whatever one is better is going to deliver better results so keep that in mind.
