I voted for the iPod Classic as i have the 80 Gb version. Absolutely love the machine, is sounds great with my shures. Very balanced audio, i find the highs, mids, and lows to my liking.
I have used the Zune before, and it's not bad but not great. The software sucks. The screen's resolution is the same as the iPod Classic so it is not as sharp as the iPod's because the screen is bigger.
All in all, the imo the iPod does it's core function (music playing) better than the Zune, has better 3rd party support, and it's interface is really easy to use.
