F.Y.E. in my local mall has the ZUNE for $199.99, with a mail in rebate that makes it $149.99. I just figured id give everyone a heads up in case someone wanted one. There are prolly many other places at that price also, now that new Ipods are out and the new Zunes will also be out for the holidays, but maybe someone wanted to know.

Microsoft screwed us early adopters with the price drop, I want my money back!

Seriously, it is a good price point if they want to win people over, especially since it is now a lower capacity.

I wouldn't call that screwing. I would say that Apple screwed early iPhone adopters. But they made up by giving a $100 credit.

No way would I buy it when the new ones are coming out in a month or two. Especially if they remake the 30GB for the newer version, which they damn well better or they're totally stupid.

- Florida?

That makes no sense, the Zune is supposed to have an MSRP of $199 to begin with now.

EVERYTHING is always more expensive when it comes out. You pay the price to be an early adopter.

It was sarcasm, hence the

. I was just making a joke about all the early iPhone buyers complaining about the price drop, even though like you said, all tech gets cheaper, but they are the only ones who complained.

The F.Y.E. store i am refering to is in the Smithhaven Mall in Lakegrove,NY on LongIsland. Its a Simon mall.

I took this from online incase youd like to call:

* FYE @ The Smithhaven Mall, Lake Grove Although more suited to the needs of mainstream music and video shoppers, FYE @ The Smithaven Mall still has enough obscure selections for even the most discerning customer. FYE also buys and sells used CDs and DVDs, perfect if you’re low on cash! Call: (631) 724-3268 (Additional FYE locations in Rocky Point and Selden)
