Do the b stock still have the same warranty?
The warranty on the sound is the same, but there's no aesthetic warranty on b-stock.

Thanks, and that's great since those Wenge Auteurs are immensely sexyThe auteur with universe pads and autuer pads as the two sets should be up your alley. It's neutral but musical.
Thank you for the insight! We're going to get on it.
Bit the bullet, ordered the Almond Wood Auteurs. Zach, anything you can tell me about the properties of almond wood and why it's such a staff favorite? And what color are the grills?

Zach, I've heard only the best, and I'd love to pick up an Aeolus. I'd greatly appreciate your feedback on a few questions to inform my purchase. Thanks!
B-stock:
1. Are they returnable or exchangeable for a new Aeolus or Atticus within 15 or 30 days?
2. For the Aeolus Sapele, does this mean that there is matching related to sound or aesthetic appearance: "The sum total of our CNC mess ups for the year. Minor machining errors and possible repaired splits present." Is there any impact to your house sound based on aesthetic variance or any other factors from the b-stock?
New stock:
1. Are all new orders deemed as pre-orders? If so, are they returnable or exchangeable for a new Aeolus or Atticus within 15 or 30 days?
2. How long is the wait for new/pre-orders for Aeolus Sapeles, without any custom requirements? 5-10 weeks or available to ship now?
3. Why would one buy a new stock vs. b-stock besides the aesthetic variance?
When you add anything from the B-stock/rarities page to a cart, you have to check a box that says you understand that anything in the November sale is non-refundable/non-returnable.Zach, I've heard only the best, and I'd love to pick up an Aeolus. We're in the process of updating the ZMF November page, a number of things might be showing out of stock that are actually still in stock so we took the page down momentarily while that gets fixed. We'll have the b-stock and other ZMF November non-LTD edition items up shortly.

Thanks. I'm aware of the said point on the website, but I'd like to hear from Zach directly on the full set of my questions as it pertains to my purchase between b-stock and new stock. When you add anything from the B-stock/rarities page to a cart, you have to check a box that says you understand that anything in the November sale is non-refundable/non-returnable.

Zach?
I think you probably need to give him some time here, they’re working on site issues and are getting completely slammed with emails and questions I’m sure.
Either way, best of luck and I hope you enjoy whatever you purchase!

Yes, I know -- he responded pretty quickly earlier so I wanted to ask first as I'd like to make a timely purchase and not lose out on a specific b-stock given limited availability. It is understood that he will respond when he is available to do so.I think you probably need to give him some time here, they’re working on site issues and are getting completely slammed with emails and questions I’m sure.
