I ordered the odyssey from their website, received it yesterday. I’m based in England, went with their standard shipping and wasn’t charged any import taxes or customs fees.

@Scolopax thanks, any impressions? I d like to try them but on Amazon they aren't available
In short, comfortable, natural and correct sounding set with high quality drivers. Bass has a little extra oomph, mids have good weight, no coloration, treble is very well done, linear and has good energy and precision.

@AboveNBeyond do you use eq? I prefer headphones and iem that sound good out of the box. I prefer buy on Amazon so I can return without loss and In meanwhile I ve ordered the tanchjim origin, maybe odyssey is better but it deserves a try.
I think I ll wait until the odyssey will be available again on Amazon, I don think that linsoul or ziigaat cover the postage cost for the return

They sound good to me, bass is very punchy. Treble isn’t too sharp, but still very detailed. I think the separation is good, I can hear layered vocals quite clearly that I didn’t pick up on with other sets.

I’m still tip rolling at the moment for comfort. The stock tips were really quite uncomfortable. Spinfit W1s seem to be the best at the moment, but still not as comfortable as my Explorer.

I only use some eq on single-planars, they are fun to play around. No eq on other sets.

I own(ed) all Ziigaats except the Arete. The Arcanis and Lush will also be pre ordered on the day they will be available. I like bassy IEM’s with slightly tamed treble. Slightly.
In short my preferences are:
1. Doscinco
2. Arcadia
3. Cincotres
4. Odyssey
5. Cinno (with EQ)
6. Estrella
7. Nuo

I recently had the opportunity to test the x Fresh Reviews Arete from ZiiGaat. At a price of €250, this is one of the manufacturer's more expensive models. It is an IEM that uses a DD driver for the bass range and 4 BA drivers for the remaining frequencies. The tuning was done in collaboration with Fresh Reviews.

A small storage box is included in the scope of delivery. However, the accompanying cable is very thin and simply made with a 3.5mm plug. For this price, you have to make some compromises in the scope of delivery and cable, which ZiiGaat has rather put into the sound!

The Arete is available in three different colors. The workmanship is more than good for the price! The design of the faceplate looks really great. Thanks to its 5-driver design, it is also small and very light. They are therefore very comfortable to wear. Highly recommended for longer listening sessions!

The sound is rather neutral with a slightly boosted bass range and a very pronounced treble range. The Arete is the sound magnifier par excellence in its price range! The resolution is very high and is only beaten by IEMs in the >= 1000 USD class. Mega! It also scales very well with very well recorded material. However, it is brutally ungracious and poorer records sound bad. The Hype 4, for example, is much kinder.

Overall, it sounds bright and high-resolution. The mid-range is designed for maximum instrument separation and sounds thinner compared to a Hype 4. However, it is better at separating individual sound elements from one another. The stage presentation is also somewhat wider and broader than that of the Hype 4.

The slightly higher bass range creates the balance that the overall sound doesn't seem too thin and always has foundation and body at the bottom. Technically, however, it can't keep up with the Hype 4 at any time. For me, the bass range is the weakest link in the chain.

For the price of €250, you get a neutral sound magnifier with a slightly boosted bass range that is also technically quite solid.

@passie42 the doscinco is the one that you choose also as best all-rounder?
Yes, in the end I think so. But the differences are kind of small as Ziigaat has a very recognizable signature and that’s why I am extremely curious how the new Arcanis and Lush will sound. I think that especially the Lush will sound like the Kiwi Punch but a little cheaper and the Arcanis will be the most expensive Ziigaat to date. But that’s just a guess of course.

@passie42 The odyssey is available again on Amazon so I ve ordered a pair, I ve found a cincotres for about 140€ second hand but I can't return it so if I don't like it I have to resell.
Until now all the reviewers that I ve seen on YouTube recommend the odyssey but as always de gustibus

Look what just arrived 😁😁

Got the Ziigaat x Fresh Reviews ARETE IEM in hand, and man it’s looking so good! Big thanks to Ziigaat for sending this over. Gonna start testing it real soon — hope this one sounds as awesome as it looks!
