Ok how do I know I'm not being fooled if I buy it from a store in Hong Kong for example? How do I know if it really came with the discrete amps for example? By the way, In what league is the amp on the version 2? pimeta quality?
Personally I have very nice experience with Eddie Wu. He is a very responsible salesman. He tested my DAC before it was shipped out. As he found that it did not meet his expectation for a quality DAC, he contacted the manufacturer and got their permission to modify it. The DAC I got is far beyond what I had expected for the money. And, he is upgrading some 1.3 DACs for his previous customers. All these are very positive to me. I trust him. I highly recommend him as a Zhaolu dealer, even though he is in Hongkong. If you worry about shipping, it takes only three days shipped to Tennessee.

Here is the link of Eddie Wu's Website. You can order direct from him (who offered some preliminary upgrades at a minimal charge). But his site does not provide too much information about the Zhaolu :-
I have ordered mine, but this will take a longer while to be available. The upgraded headamp module is said to be available in early June (i.e. any day from now). The new board is much larger than the current one so those who want to modify the power supply has to bear this in mind, since if one use up the spare space available near the transformer there won't be enough room for the new headamp board.
