Anyways, how do you get Tinnitus? Extended periods of listening? Extremely loud volumes? How exactly do you get it?


Extended periods at high volume AND extremely high volumes, even for a second a really loud noise can cause permanent damage.

At work, anything above 85db requires people to wear hearing protection.
That's not too loud, a busy street can be higher than that.
