Nothing used to happen for me too till yesterday. I clicked on it and it opened the message box correctly. I dont know if it was a fluke or if it working.
Never worked for me since the software upgrade/change

it used to work for me in the first days, but it's been broken for a while now(XP SP3/IE6).
IE6?!?!?! I hope that's at work and not at home. Ew >_<
