Wow... what a place. Inside Yale's "regular" library (an awesome place) is a music library. It is full of an extraordinary collection of printed music, and, of greatest importance to you headphone folks:

ROWS OF PERSONAL LISTENING STATIONS -- MARANTZ CD PLAYERS WITH GRADO SR-60s!!

These stations are set up like the reading stations at "normal" libraries. There's even some headphone amps around, too!

I recommend a visit: bring some recordings that you can read the scores along to while listening

That's odd they have Grados. It must be really loud in there.

Cap -

Is this in the School of Music? Or, as you stated, inside the regular library (seems strange)? Do you have a street address? I'd like to check it out.

Thanks,

lol...

I love my college's music library because of its large CD collection. It always keeps something new on my system.
