Um, yeah, I accidentally took wrong readings... I accidentally mistook the inputs from the jack as the outputs... The actual readings are...
With the volume at the lowest setting
Left output to ground: 0 kΩ
Right output to ground: 0 kΩ
Left output to jack: 10.2 kΩ
Right output to jack: 9.8 kΩ
With the volume at the highest setting
Left output to ground: 0 kΩ
Right output to ground: 9.8 kΩ
Left output to jack: 0 kΩ
Right output to jack: 0 kΩ
So you are right Pars, something is awry with the left output to ground... But then why is sound coming out from my left channel and not my right (I made sure I didn't invert the channels, although that still may be a possibility).
Edit:
Alright got it.... I inverted the channels accidentally from the inputs and thought it'd be ok to change around the outputs... nope. So instead, I unsoldered the wires and made sure this time each channel was in the correct channel. Now it works!!
