I would probably get it if the bundle cost less than 400.
Still good deal...
But also depends on the performance tho...

I mean, my HD600 is great, but it doesn't have a MIC...

Assuming that Xonar Xense is at the same level of Xonar Essence STX(although this assumption is groundless at the present stage), we can expect this bundle is no more than $400. However, I think ASUS must have its thinking behind Xonar Xense's combination with the specific model of Sennheiser---PC350.

Although I'm not sure whether this bundle is a perfect combination, but the efforts of function tuning and the running-in for perfect sound quality might add some value to this kit...

Again, there is no information to suggest the Xense will be bundled with the PC 350's.
Based on the hardware I have seen, I don't think it is targeting the top spot.

well, the DAC is a major downgrade, 1792 on the stx and 1796 on the xense:
Asus Xonar Xense - Under the Hood
Audio Converter and CODEC - Digital to Analog (DAC) - PCM1792 - TI.com
Audio Converter and CODEC - Digital to Analog (DAC) - PCM1796 - TI.com

the 1792 was way overkill and only here to impress noobs anyway(its 128X oversampling is not even being put to use in the "horribly broken" windows drivers, OTOH it seems to be in the third party Linux GPL drivers apparently).

and I didn't make it up this time: foobar2000: Change Log

Added a workaround for horribly broken Asus Xonar drivers.
