Hello head-fi im a long time lurker on this forum but just recently came into some cash and would like to spend it on a sound card + headphones ( hence my making an account to ask some questions 
) , my choice so far is the Xonar STX ( or ST not realy sure here ) + senheisser HD600.
My dilemma is , can that sound card properly drive the HD600 ? ( i know it can go up to 600 Ohm while the cans are 300 ) prob is iv read mixt opinnions and not sure if i should dish out that amount of cash on the 2 since here where i leave i cant realy find any good headphone amps .. and if i did they would be ridiculously expensive as is the sound card + headphones ( 230$ + 430$ ) ordering them from the outside would just be the same thing since added taxes would be huge .. so im stuck with my best choice of thoes 2 . Am i making a mistake in buying them ? ( how about the X-fi titanium HD or the auzentech bravura ) . Ofcourse the main utility will be music 90% and maybe some movies in between
