Which one should I get for my sennheiser hd 598. My budget in under $50.

Technically, the E6 is better at driving 50-Ohm headphones (like the HD-598).
But you will be using the motherboard's low cost built in DAC, so you will be feeding the E6 a low sound quality analog signal.
The Xonar DG will have a better DAC and will be better for movies as it comes with Dolby Virtual Headphone (5.1 surround sound).
Personally I would get the Xonar DG.
