Would this combination work?

I plan to purchase the Dan Clark Audio aeon 2 noire with 4 pins XLR balanced cable. I will plug it into the following adapter:

I will plug the 4.4mm into the Fiio K7 dac/amp via the balanced 4.4 input. The K7 will be connected to my pc via USB.

Am I missing something or will this work? Are there any cheaper options out there aswell?

Youkamoo makes an adapter that does the same and costs about half. If it's available locally on Amazon it'll do the job also.

This one works. I don't recommend adapter with cable because the cable MAY change the sound. I can hear the difference between Youkamoo (with cable) and my two adapters without cable. My two adapters are IvipQ and Fiio brand. I recommend these two as they are inexpensive and get the job done well.
