Is it possible to charge DAP at the same time and have it connected to xD05 pro to the USB C input?
However, is there a risk of releasing voltage on USB C in XD05 (not for charging). I suppose, nothing should happen because I don't believe were that someone was not mistaken for the nest in XD05 Data Only/Charge.

If only the XD05Pro had a switch for UAC1 audio, I would have used it with my PS5 as well. Almost perfect except this one tiny missing feature for me.

why is it that when the xd05 pro receives a digital signal, I hear a continuous white noise that can be clearly heard? with battery, via Bluetooth. with iem in the lowest amplifier stage. (ECO) is this normal? is it the same for you? if I add a power supply, for example ifi Audio ipower x, will it disappear? how many Volts and Amps power supply do you need? Does your amplifier work in class even in battery and power supply mode? If it is used from a power supply, does the sound quality improve? if so, how?

I finally bought an XD05Pro for myself after 6 months of searching.
Before that there were several sets on listening at home, better and worse. Curiosity and the possibility of changing the sound of the XD05 decided to buy it.
In my opinion, it is technically superior to the K11, K7, K9Pro ESS, Topping XD5, SMSL M500 Mk3.
I still listened to the R9, but it was out of the house, it didn't impress me, so I don't regret even taking it home.
XD05Pro, has been playing for about 25 hours, even managed to warm up to 33 degrees in turbo mode, I took a 30 minute break and turned it on again.
It is working at my place in stationary mode at the Pc, powered by Tomanek ULPS Mini, on KZ AS16 headphones.
On the shelf waiting AKM, in the plan Sparkos dual discrete operational amplifier SS3602

My brain is probably burning out because my leg is starting to go at some points.
I wonder how much I'll like it when it loses 100 hours, though I don't know if that's required and what will change when I change to AKM and Sparkos.
It's nice to be able to modify it.

Another thing is I keep thinking about better IEMs, I would like to spend as little cash as possible.
What in your opinion is worth buying from IEM?

Tomanek ULPS Mini is not good for it because it needs 12v/2a. I wouldn't use it like that if I were you, because you'll burn it.

No, it is not normal for you to hear white noise, I have never heard it when connecting it via USB-C to my smartphone. Adding an external power supply only serves to avoid unnecessary battery consumption, and if you use a fixed 12v and at least 2A power supply, you can always use it in turbo mode; I always use it in turbo with my AKG K812 and volume around 40-50% , because I notice a little greater dynamics.

I received the repaired device and information that the entire power supply system had been replaced and the battery was ok. Unfortunately, the xd05 pro makes noise with all my iems (vulkan, twilight, monarch mk3, sultan). It doesn't matter in what mode, batt or ext, and what opamps I use. On SE, the noise is much smaller.

I read that you also heard white noise with all iems. Could you share with me your experiences on how you were able to reduce the noise to a minimum? In which mode is the deadliest white noise lower in the case of iem? batt or ext? What power supply did you use? does opamp replacement play a role in this? @quaddac

Just wanted to provide an update on my static issue with XD05 Pro. I sent it back to the vendor to have them evaluate the static I was hearing with the LME op amps on bluetooth mode. They were able to verify it and send me a replacement.

So is the replacement better? The static is not as consistent and noticeable, but it's still there with the LME op amps on bluetooth mode. It's just more intermittent and less predictable, so it could be harder to detect. Sometimes you have to play audio for a few minutes before the static starts to appear. If I play a podcast, where it's not filled with loud music and instrumentals, you can hear the static fizzle in and out every few minutes. So there isn't as much as static as before, because it's more intermittent, and the static noise is a bit more faint, and so it's harder to hear. However, the static has gotten worse with the USB C to USB C connection. With the previous unit, the static would only appear with a wired USB C connection once in a while when a song was winding down at the end, but now it seems to appear more frequently. It also fizzles for a brief moment when I press play on a song or press pause.

OPA op amps also exhibits static with USB C to USB C connection, but it's not as prevalent as the LME op amps. The static will flicker on for a second or three at the end of a song when the instrumentals and everything settles down and it grows quiet. This doesn't happen with every song. On average, I'd say it happens once every five songs with the the OPA op amps. It happens a lot more with the LME op amps.

The strange thing is, I have not come across any static with the Sparkos SS3602 op amps. At least not yet. I've probably listened to a couple dozen songs over the last few days.

ps: i'm also wondering if anyone has figured out a way to lower the noise floor on the XD05 Pro. I remember some users going back and forth about it, and testing out different add-ons, but I wasn't sure if any definitive solution came out of it, or if it's still a work in progress.

Why should I burn it. The power supply gives 12V-2A
When ordering you choose the voltage and current in my case I chose 12VDC /2A and a USB-C plug
I did not notice that I had problems with the XD05, everything works properly in all gain modes with my IEM.

The user Nikita507 had had a similar problem to yours and on page 128 he published the response he received from Xduoo support, who recommended replacing resistors to reduce the gain.
