X3 Build Quality & Customer Service..

Let me start off by saying that these earphones were taken VERY Carefully and I got it NEW from another head-fier couple of weeks ago.


More than a week ago, the right channel of the earphones went off, it wasn't completely off, so I could just adjust it easily and I could live with it..

but hearing lots of good things of the customer service at Jaben, I sent them an e-mail about it and asked for a repair. (david@jaben.net)

No answer..


and 4 days ago, the build quality of the X3's surprised me and the right earbud just got busted. (detatched from the blue string)

emailed him again,

No answer..

I'm pretty upset that I even have to use my own costs to send it back and then get it back all the way from Singapore..(school's starting soon...)

and that's only if they reply my emails..

I love the x3's but what should I do now..

Why Malaysia? Jaben is located in Singapore...

Anyway, both David and Wilson get a lots of emails everyday, and last times it takes almost a week to reply for my price inquiry. Well, I think you should also try sending Wilson an email about this, or signup to their forum and leave a note there as well.
