First post to the Forum and a question:

Has anyone else had a problem with noise distortion (hiss and breakup) being generated in the left channel of the X-Cans. I have managed to pin point the problem to the cans which are just under a year old.
Meridian 200 Transport
X-24K DAC
X-PSU
Van Den Hul 1st interconnect

Might be one of the tubes. You could open it up and swap them to see if the problem changes to the right side.

Could also be a grounding problem. Mine can be a bit twitchy...one of these days I'll check into it further. Right now, if I jiggle the cables around in back it goes away.
