Oh, actually I think I might have seen my room mate last year using that every single moment ever. It is generally pink-themed, right?

Hm, it is private, so how do file-sharing or fair use laws effect it? I'm curious about this, not trying to justify anything.

It's illegal just the same, but thus far no users of private torrent sites have been sued into oblivion.

I've always wondered why more torrent sites don't get shut down. I mean, the files themselves aren't hosted on the site but they're pretty obviously encouraging illegal file sharing.

Many of the servers are located in Europe, where file-sharing has often been rule legal by various judges.
